If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the goods.
